Guests enjoy complimentary access to all on-site amenities, including the pool, loungers, and gym. The property also features Rokuni, a highly rated Asian restaurant open for dinner, and soon-to-open Roca, a café, grocery, and wine shop. A wide selection of restaurants, bars, and shops are just minutes away in Jolly Harbour, easily reached on foot.

Antigua’s west coast is home to some of the island’s most pristine beaches — crystal-clear turquoise waters and soft white sand await you. With 365 beaches across the island, some of the very best are just minutes from your doorstep.

Bolanda Bungalow is equipped with Starlink high-speed internet, ideal for guests who need reliable bandwidth for video conferencing, streaming, or gaming during their stay.

Inside, the open-concept living and kitchen area features a cozy sectional sofa, smart TV, breakfast bar with seating for three, and a dedicated desk space for remote work.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless-steel Samsung appliances — refrigerator, oven range, microwave, and dishwasher — along with a filtered water dispenser (with water provided for your stay), Nespresso and drip coffee machines, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. A washer and dryer are also conveniently located in the unit.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, closet, smart TV, and Sonos sound system, along with beautiful hillside views.

The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, adjacent full bathroom, closet, smart TV, and Sonos sound system.

The entire condo is fully air-conditioned and smart TVs in every room, ensuring maximum comfort throughout your stay.

Stays of 4 nights or more include one complimentary cleaning. For stays 5 nights+, you can schedule an additional cleaning every 3 nights during your visit at no extra charge.

Outside the included cleanings, extra cleanings are available upon request for $100 USD per service, which includes:
• Fresh linens and towels
• Full kitchen tidy-up
• Floor mopping and vacuuming
• General refresh of all living spaces

Golf cart rentals are available and can be driven directly to your unit where as cars must be parked in the parking lot near reception. They’re perfect for getting around the sugar ridge resort — including the gym and pool — as well as for quick trips to nearby Jolly Beach and the Jolly Harbour community and shopping area. Rates range from $25 to $35 USD per day, depending on the season. We highly recommend renting a golf cart for your stay - even if you rent a car, you will want one to get around the area and also to get up to your unit vs having to walk up.
