Villa Esmé — Your Luxury Island Getaway

Villa Esmé is a brand new 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on Antigua's beautiful west coast. Just a short stroll from the iconic Jolly Beach and Jolly Harbour community, this bright and open-concept condo is perched within the secure gated Sugar Ridge Resort, with picturesque hillside and ocean views throughout. The west coast is renowned for its beaches: think turquoise waters and powdery white sand. With 365 beaches on the island, some of the best are practically on your doorstep.

The open-plan living and kitchen space is made for relaxed days: a sectional sofa, smart TV, breakfast bar for three, and a dedicated work nook for remote workers.

The master suite has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and smart TV, with views of the hillside and ocean. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and smart TV.

Both rooms are fully air-conditioned, have ceiling fans, and plenty of closet space. There are also safes to secure your belongings.

The kitchen is outfitted with Samsung stainless appliances (refrigerator, oven range, microwave, and dishwasher), plus a filtered water dispenser, ice machine, Nespresso machine, and drip coffee maker. A washer and dryer are also in the unit to make your stay that much easier.

The outdoor patio features breathtaking ocean views and has a dining table for four. Perfect for sunrise mornings and sunset evenings while you're on island.

Villa Esmé has Starlink high-speed internet, perfect for video calls, streaming, or keeping up with work while you're away.

Your stay comes with full access to the resort's amenities: a swimming pool, sun loungers, and a fitness centre. At Sugar Ridge, you'll find Rokuni (a popular Asian/Japanese restaurant) open for dinner, and Roca (café, grocery, and wine shop) open daily from breakfast onwards. For a wider variety of restaurants, bars, and shops, Jolly Harbour is a quick walk or golf cart ride away.

Stays of 4 nights or more include one complimentary cleaning. For stays of 5 nights or more, additional cleanings can be scheduled every 3 nights during your visit at no extra charge.

Extra cleanings are available upon request for $100 USD per service, which includes fresh linens and towels, a full kitchen tidy-up, floor mopping and vacuuming, and a general refresh of all living spaces.

Golf carts are available to rent and can be parked directly outside the unit. Rental cars need to be left in the lower parking area near the restaurant and café. Golf carts are the easiest way to get around Sugar Ridge. The gym, pool, Jolly Beach, and Jolly Harbour's shops and dining are all nearby. Rates run $25 to $35 USD per day depending on the season. We highly recommend renting one. Even if you have a car, a golf cart makes it much easier to explore the resort and get right up to your unit.
