Sugar Ridge is an active and growing community, with new homes and developments currently being built in parts of the surrounding area.

As a result, guests should expect that some construction activity and associated noise may occasionally be heard from the villa during daytime hours.

We want our guests to be aware of this prior to booking so they can plan their stay with the right expectations. The villa remains a private and exceptional place to enjoy the views, pool and surrounding Sugar Ridge community.
